Your privacy
Effective October 3, 2026 · Spanish Curriculum Studio, LLC
I'm a Spanish teacher, and this is a small business. Here is, in plain words, what happens to your information when you visit spanishcurriculumstudio.com or sign up for a free resource.
What I collect
- Your first name and email address, only if you type them into a sign-up box to get a free resource.
- Basic technical information that every website receives when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. My web host keeps this in standard server logs.
I don't ask for your school, your students' names, a phone number, a street address or any payment details on this website. Purchases happen on Teachers Pay Teachers, under their own privacy policy.
How I use it
- To send you the free resource you asked for.
- To send you occasional emails about new units, new free resources and teaching ideas.
- To understand, in general, how many people sign up and which emails are useful, so I can make better ones.
I never sell, rent or trade your information. I don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list, right away, with nothing else to do. You can also write to me and I'll remove you.
The services I use
A few trusted companies help run this website. They receive only what they need to do their job:
- Flodesk stores the email list and sends the emails. Its sign-up form may use a small cookie or similar technology to work and to count how many people see it.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Google Drive holds the free files you download.
- Google Fonts provides the lettering on the pages, so your browser contacts Google to load it.
- YouTube plays the podcast video, if you choose to open it.
This website doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that ever changes, for example to measure an ad, I'll update this page first.
Children
This website is for teachers, homeschool parents and other adults. It is not meant for children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, write to me and I'll delete it.
How long I keep it
I keep your name and email while you're subscribed. When you unsubscribe, Flodesk keeps a record that you unsubscribed, so you aren't emailed again by mistake. You can ask me to delete your information completely at any time.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to the address below and I'll take care of it.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
